Henderson Cones and Cables

Tools required:

3mm Pin Punch, Hammer, Screwdrivers, Mole-Grips (helpful)

1. Isolate the spring tension – You can use the mole grips to assist with this.
2. Use the pin punch and hammer to remove the roll pins.
3. Slide off the cones and replace with the new cone. Hammer in the new roll pin supplied. Repeat for the opposite site.
4. Ensure the cable are placed in the same position on the roller spindles this may mean removing the screws holding the tracks in place.
5. Check the cables are in the correct position before putting the spring tension back on to the cables.
